Vanessa is a Law Clerk at Floyd Zadkovich, advising clients on commercial disputes and sanctions matters. She works with shipping companies and financial institutions to navigate the legal complexities of cross-border transactions and disputes.

Before joining Floyd Zadkovich, Vanessa gained experience in Dubai, U.A.E., in the transport and insurance group of a leading Middle Eastern law firm, where she conducted legal research and advised on matters arising under international shipping laws, bills of lading, and disputes related to intermodal transportation. She also has maritime experience in Miami, FL, and New Orleans, LA. Vanessa earned her J.D. from Tulane University Law School with a certificate in International and Comparative Law.
