Priscilla Chan is an associate at Floyd Zadkovich, working with shipowners, charterers, P&I Clubs and other participants in the maritime, commodities and international trade sectors on navigating the legal complexities of cross-border transactions and disputes. She advises and acts for clients on dry-shipping disputes and other matters arising under charterparties, bills of lading and service/management contracts.
Priscilla has experience advising on commercial litigation in the English Courts and international arbitration under major institutional regimes including the ICC, LCIA, SIAC and HKIAC.
Before joining Floyd Zadkovich, Priscilla gained experience as an associate at top-tier US firm in Hong Kong and a boutique litigation practice in London, where she worked with multinational companies and HNW individuals on high-value cross-border disputes, injunctions and asset-recovery work in a wide range of sectors, including aviation, technology and intellectual property.
