Nicholas (“Nick”) Beckman is an Associate at Floyd Zadkovich. He represents maritime and transportation clients in litigation and commercial matters nationwide. He currently specializes in matters, such as personal injury and wrongful death defense, cargo claims and commercial disputes, and also advises maritime and transportation clients with respect to contracts and related commercial matters. Leveraging years of complex civil-litigation experience spanning personal injury, wrongful death, construction negligence, civil rights, workers’ compensation, and breach-of-contract disputes, Nick helps maritime and transportation clients manage risk efficiently from pre-suit investigation through trial preparation, post judgment proceedings and appeal.

Prior to joining Floyd  Zadkovich Nick was an associate attorney at Clark, Johnson & Knight, where he honed his skills in a defense-side practice representing private corporations and municipalities in wrongful death, personal injury, worker’s compensation, and contract dispute litigation.
