Marie Gaschignard is a partner at Floyd Zadkovich, with a practice focusing on energy and commodity trading. She has a global practice, her career having been divided between Australia, Hong Kong and London. Marie has extensive experience across many commodities with a particular emphasis over the last decade on LNG.

Before joining Floyd Zadkovich, Marie spent over 10 years at an oil and gas supermajor, supporting their LNG business on all parts of the trading life cycle, including contract negotiations and major disputes.  Prior to her time in-house, Marie trained and worked at a leading maritime and trading law firm on complex and high-value energy, shipping, logistics and commercial matters.

Marie advises on both transactional and contentious matters. She has extensive experience drafting complex contracts such as long-term sale and purchase agreements or shareholders agreements. She also has broad arbitration experience including multi-billion ICC arbitrations.
