Margaux is a Senior Associate at Floyd Zadkovich, specialising in the resolution of international trade disputes.  Margaux works with clients on a wide range of contentious and advisory matters involving sale of goods contracts, charterparties, contracts of affreightment, bills of lading, and ship-sale and ship-management agreements, both in the English High Court and in arbitration.

Margaux has experience acting as lead associate in LMAA, LCIA and GAFTA arbitrations, as well as High Court and Court of Appeal litigation.

Before joining Floyd Zadkovich, Margaux gained 10 years’ of experience at top-tier shipping law firms where she worked on a multitude of high value, complex international trade disputes.

Margaux has further enhanced her commercial insight through a secondment at a leading International Group P&I Club.
