Jiahang is an Associate at Floyd Zadkovich, advising clients in the commodities and shipping sectors on commercial disputes and transactional matters. He works with commodity traders, shipping companies and financial institutions on navigating the legal complexities of cross-border transactions and disputes.

Before joining Floyd Zadkovich, Jiahang began his legal career as an inaugural summer associate and later associate at an AM Law 200 firm in New York, advising on matters related to capital markets, M&A, commercial disputes, and trade finance.

Prior to law school, Jiahang worked as an analyst and energy trader for a major Danish commodities trading house. While in law school, Jiahang was a summer associate at a Big Four law firm in Singapore, where he gained extensive experience in commercial disputes, maritime torts, arbitrations, and sanctions compliance, with a focus on shipping and commodities trading.
