Imogen is an Associate at Floyd Zadkovich, advising clients in the international trade sector on complex, multi-jurisdictional disputes, including English Court litigation, LMAA and LCIA arbitrations. She works with commodity traders, shipowners and charterers on navigating the legal complexities of cross-border disputes.

Imogen has taken a leading role in various GAFTA and FOSFA arbitrations and has experience with non-contentious matters such as corporate acquisitions by international energy companies and supply chain logistics issues.

Before joining Floyd Zadkovich, Imogen gained experience at a top-tier international trade law firm where she gained experience in shipping and commodities disputes, in addition to non-contentious work in the commodities sector, sanctions issues, commercial litigation and investor-state arbitration.
