Charlotte is an Associate at Floyd Zadkovich, advising clients in the financial services sector on cross-border commercial disputes before the English Courts, as well as London-seated LCIA, LMAA and ICC arbitrations. Previously, she has acted for global financial institutions, including banks, insurers and private equity funds, across both contentious matters in the High Court and non-contentious matters.

Prior to qualification, Charlotte trained at a top-tier US firm in London, gaining experience across both contentious and transactional Restructuring,  Structured Finance, Commercial Litigation and Financial Services Regulation.
