Calum’s disputes practice spans arbitration (LMAA, LCIA, ICC and other international institutions) and litigation.  Calum is regularly involved in expedited applications before arbitral tribunals and Courts seeking urgent relief or security measures, including freezing orders and other forms of injunctive relief.

Calum has particular knowledge and expertise in cases involving energy (trading and carriage). Calum has acted on a number of cases for market participants against sovereign states in the energy sector.  Within the world of energy, Calum has sub-sector expertise in the LNG space, and is a core partner of the firm’s LNG practice.
