Noah Korkolis is an Associate at Floyd Zadkovich, advising and acting for clients on maritime and international commercial disputes, predominantly on dry shipping matters. This includes disputes arising under charterparties and bills of lading, as well as broader commercial and commodities-related disputes.

Noah works with shipowners, charterers, P&I Clubs, insurers, and trading entities, assisting across all stages of disputes in both litigation and arbitration. He has experience supporting high quantum international arbitration proceedings governed by major institutional rules, and taking the lead on lower value claims under the LMAA’s Small Claims Procedure. Many of these matters involve cross-border elements and multi-jurisdictional considerations.

In addition to his core shipping and commodities work, Noah has assisted on disputes involving technology-driven aspects of international trade, including issues arising from the digitisation of trade documentation and emerging Web3-related structures.

Prior to joining Floyd Zadkovich, Noah served as Associate to the Honourable Justice Ginnane of the Supreme Court of Victoria, in Melbourne Australia where he gained experience in trial and appellate litigation. Noah holds a Bachelor of Laws (Honours) from Australian Catholic University and a Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice from the College of Law. He has a strong interest in maritime law and international arbitration.
