Finlay is a Paralegal at Floyd Zadkovich assisting on matters related to charterparties, cargo damage, ship arrest and commodity sales. He is excited to support clients with the range of issues arising from international trade law. Finlay has experience working with charterers, ship owners and commodity majors on dispute preparation, research and legal drafting.

He holds a BA in Jurisprudence (LLB) from The Queens College, University of Oxford and is due to complete an LLM in Maritime Law from the University of Southampton later this year. He received the Gard P&I club award for the highest mark in Principles of Marine Insurance and is currently writing a dissertation on International commercial arbitration.

Finlay has a keen interest in all aspects of maritime law and the international sale of goods.
